I think there's room for both! honestly, nobody can take Joe Pa off that banner. Joe Pa is Penn State and will always be.

Replace Joe Pa after what 1 good season??? LOL. Maybe have on left the originals Joe Pa and other greats and on the right we have the new guys Franklin, Barkley, etc.

So after the season what about my idea that we have Joe Pa and 2 players who played with him, middle maybe the Lion, right side we have Franklin and 2 current players. Like the old guard and the new guard.

I wouldn't bump Franklin onto the banner just yet. But I really think Joe should be taken off the banner. I would replace him with Michael Robinson or Poz. We could even put up a current player like Barkley on.
