IT isn't bad for lack of effort. His opponents know they can get their shot off any time they want, so they are extremely comfortable with IT guarding them. He isn't a physical freak like Mugsy Bogues was either, and While Bogues was a nightmare to dribble the ball up against, he still gave up a ton of easy shots to the player he was guarding.

I would surmise that their asking price is only for Boston to pay.
