When we factor in:
1. Ray Ray bails saves him a few years ago
2. Last years finals wouldn't have gone beyond 5 games if not for the Bogut injury and Green getting suspend a game as we all know. Lebron deserves credit for bringing them back from 3-1 down but we all know it wouldn't have happened if not for Green getting suspended. So that takes it down a notch. Losing Bogut was huge on the warriors team as he was their only rim protector and was more valuable than most will give him credit for.
.... Yet he seems somehow he has seem to hop skipped and jumped all those guys and is now being thrown in to the top 3-4 spot ever? How exactly??
His most impressive was probably against the Thunder. But they were also a young team, and a first time finals appearance.
Shaq's 2000-2002 lead dog championships were more impressive and dominant. Kobe won 2 ships WITHOUT the amount of help Lebron had playing in a 3-4x tougher conference. Duncan's 2003 championship alone DESTROYS any championship Lebron as ever won. What Duncan did that year taking out all those quality teams and The Kobe/Shaq lakers was crazy.
Hakeem, similar to Duncan's performances were out of this world, once again with much less help than Lebron has currently.
I think we need to see him prove his gold and prove he truly belongs there (Much less past them) which he can do THIS YEAR. No excuses. Warriors full strength. Greatness is going to be measured on what Lebron does against a Warriors team at full strength,
