large learning curve ahead....I remain extremely happy we reshuffled the dbackfield. I know what Church, Mo and Carr were and I'm still thinking we upgraded big time. Gotta give it some time.

Yup. Now maybe Marinelli can actually run the scheme he wants to, as opposed to the one he was forced to. Carr and Claiborne are not very good in zone coverage. Not to mention all four of the guys who left are dead slow compared to the current group.

Although it’s tough to assess a unit without any actual game experience, the young and revamped Cowboys secondary looks like it could be an improved unit in 2018.


OK, I questioned allowing so many DBs to walk, but sounds like the team made the right decision. At least in practice.

I had heard that Orlando was killing it in practice so far.

When healthy he is very underrated. His issue though is of course health. Always something with those legs it seems...but he is a cocky, tough little bastard...
