That's how I feel about it. If they want to change it to modern music hall of fame, I'm good with that. Tupac deserves a spot. if you wanna call it the Rock 'n Roll HOF I would think folk singers and hip hop artists need not apply.

Exactly. There are plenty of acts that can blur the lines between different genres, but one of those pretty much has to be some form of rock and roll in order to qualify, IMO.

The first inductee class included Ray Charles and James Brown. The RNRHOF was already foresaking its name before they had even opened their doors.

comeds has to be upset 'The Cars" didn't get in, but methinks they'll get in eventually.

I just think that's a decent example of the RNRHOF's stupidity. The whole idea is dumb, and the execution is even dumber.

I can kinda agree with that. He's probably the best folk lyricist ever, IMO, but his vocal skills just weren't on the same level.
