Fox News shelved Stormy Daniels-Trump story before election
Let's stop for a second and think how actually insane it is that the president paid off a pr0nstar to stay quiet about their relationship and it is not the lead story on every newscast.
Clinton got a hummer from an intern 20 years ago and people are still talking about it. This guy banged a pr0nstar when he had just gotten married to an illegal immigrant and nary a mention.

Not sure why Fox News is getting singled out for not running with this if they did indeed have it when CNN lists another 3 outlets that had interviews with her lined up or in discussion and she backed out. Any of them, which included ABC, could've put out the story if they wanted to. They didn't because without one of Trump or Clifford corroborating it there's no story and Clifford seemed content to abide by the payoff.
This probably should be a bit louder of a story but 1) Everyone knows Trump's a philanderer, and 2) much as I hate to say it, when the administration talks about the AH tape and the accusations by women of sexual misconduct and how the people voted for him anyway after that they're right. This wouldn't change many if any minds. Make it a big deal if they want, but his nutjob supporters will be like "OH YEAH POTUS MAGA WITH HIS SUPER DICK" and his more white-collared supporters are too busy adding up how much money they're saving on those tax cuts.
Now, yeah, Clinton got a BJ and the world went nuts. But here we are 20 years later and how do you think the Democrats would react if one of theirs was accused by, what, 6 women(?) of sexual misconduct? In this environment? How many peoples' heads would explode.

Fox is likely being singled out because they are viewed as his personal state media. Anyone who had the story and didn't run it is just as pathetic, but none will ever get the same amount of scorn as Fox just because Fox works so hard to hide the truth to support the party line no matter what.
The others are just cowards for being afraid to be seen as stirring shit. But the question still stands, what happened? Idiocracy is happening far too fast.
As for how Democrats would react, recent history tells us they would make the perpetrator resign and not try to make excuses.
