With the amount of money the NBA is making, I can easily see a couple of expansion teams in the next five years. Seattle will probably be top of the list.

The amount of current and ex legendary athletes endorsing them will be ridiculous.

No, semi smart business person or just a dude with money would own a team in Seattle.
