Blaming the defense is an excuse for lack of scoring for 55 minutes. If the offense could put together a complete game once in a while we wouldnt have to rely on a defense that is slowly decaying.

We need a better offense, period. The balance is breaking down and the O just cannot compensate.

The o-line struggles I think is the main reason this offense sputters, but you cannot deny the defense hasn't been lights out this year. The team from offense to defense to special teams has been off this year, yet their still in the playoffs and if they can catch fire they can do damage.

I agree the offense needs to get going before the start of the 3rd quarter but the o-line makes it difficult for them too most of the times.

70% of the salary is invested in the defense... The defense has more of the responsibility in doing their part, imo...
