I suppose, but it seems kind of silly (and a bit insulting, as a Packer fan). Seattle played a good team, had some bad calls go against them, were on the road and lost a close game. It isn't like you lost to the Jets here. Seattle is fine. They will be in the playoffs.

I appreciate your view and you are correct. Our concern is an ongoing problem that continues to fester with our OL. The Packer D was better than I expected but we needed just a few things to go right to win the game.
BTW, I was there and enjoyed the vibe very much from almost all of the locals.

I get what he is saying and i think all you also do. Not all doom and gloom though only because there is a LOT of talent on this team and a lot of time left. If the Oline can fix itself ( like we say every year -.- ) Then the offense starts moving. We have seen slow starts by this team for a while now so losing to a good GB team @home wasn't a shock. What was a shock was how we made their defense look lol, They are not that good.

I expect this team to be 4-2 after 6, maybe even 3-3 but then they start playing better and are in catch up mode all year long for HFA. The Hawks need that HFA in the playoffs. The more they play at home the farther they go.

Uh, have you paid any attention to the Cardinals and Rams?

Rams easily handled Seattle under that loser coach Jeff Fisher. Held them to just 3 points in a game last year.
Now they have a better offensive scheme and their defense is still solid.

Cardinals? They beat the Seahawks twice, and held Seahawks to 6 points and a tie last year.

Come on man. its true we dont match up well with the Rams and they will probably take one from us as usual, but they arent good enough to win consistently against the rest of the NFL. Need I remind you who their QB is? Dont let the cakewalk that was the Colts fool you. I mean, they won 4 games last year. Sheesh.

The Cardinals? Yes, we laid an egg last year against them, but they arent as good as we are. Palmer is a hit away from an early exit as usual, they just lost Johnson, and they got blown up by the Lions this week. The Lions. Remember the team we destroyed in the first round last season when we werent even really good? Yes, those Lions.

The Hawks will win the West by at least 3 games.

I'll be checking them out more intently the next few games before we head there in week 5. It makes sense they are a little better, but I need to find out if week 1 was more about how bad the Colts are or how improved the Rams are. The Colts look dreadful.

When your QB is your leading rusher because he's running for his life, you have a huge fucking problem.
When several rushers can manage only 50+ yards, you have a problem.
When your defense has to play 39 minutes of a 60 minute game, there will be fatigue and injuries.

You have had 3 years to resolve this and I still do not see any measurable improvement.
Wilson is your biggest investment and you are putting him at unreasonable risk which is shocking.

Defense is gonna be effin good this year, offense is gonna be a work in progress, I trust in Russ, it's just the O-line and running game that needs to step up it's game, I have a gut feeling they will... Film study is HUGE and as the season rolls on teams that might look good early get figured out, and teams that aren't flowing get going... Seahawks are gonna be fine, I"m not worried at all right now... If 6-8 weeks from now our line is shit, I'll start to worry ...

I was referring to the O-line improving... As far as wins and losses, you don't want to dig a huge hole early, but I don't think we will .... Our D is pretty scary right now, we just need our O to improve....
