I hear Campbell is well respected around the league. I'm sure he'll be fine. I think it would be like us having the balls to let Gruden go to hold on to McVay. Gruden gets an OC job before he even starts his car and drives off. However, McVay showed his ability last year in a way Gruden has not and if McVay was here, Cousins probably would be too.

Now that would never happen, but I'm glad to see the Skins play a little hard ball and not worry about people's feeling or how it's gonna look and simply hold on to the guy everyone else wants, the young football mind, and keep Smith in the building.

Kyle Smith is the read deal. I know a friend of a friend of AJ Smith. Kyle is one of the best college scouts around. Lets hope he runs our drafts for the future.
