Waiver claims are due tomorrow night. My squad is currently:

QB: Carr, Rivers
RB: Hyde, Lacy, Ware, Coleman, Booker
WR: Hopkins, Crabtree, Cobb, Coates
TE: Graham, Henry
K: Vinatieri
D/ST: Minnesota

Starting lineup is 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, and 1 D/ST. Standard scoring. No PPR.

Some of the available players on waiver are : Eli Manning, Ajayi, Duke Johnson, Dion Lewis, Britt, Tate, Crowder, K. Wright, Moncrief, Robert Woods, Chris Hogan, LaFell.

Any suggestions for my team? Thanks.

I don't know, man. You have a bunch of guys who are on about the same level. I guess it comes down to gut feelings and personal preference.

Manning, no, Britt, Tate, Crowder, Wright, Woods and LaFell, no.

the others are all worth a look, but the problem is you have no one drop worthy . .Booker, Cobb and Coates are the only ones even close, and they all would better serve you as a "toss in" to a bigger trade, than a speculative waiver move

I think you would be best served to drop Henry for Mobcrief if you can't work a trade.

Henry is good, but I would want a 5th WR if i were starting 3 and Moncrief is a great stash. Aside from that, no. You have nobody worth dropping.

i think you need to take a chance on ajayi, miamis o line was healthy for the first time all season and he put up 200, foster was back, and gase likes to feature one rb, u need to take the chance

not sure I'd hang onto Coates if I absolutely HAD to make a move.
Steelers being optimistic about BigBen injury, but I'm not convinced this isn't a multi-game injury, including the bye week
Ajayi, Britt, Moncreif would be my order of preference, Coates or Henry would be my drop

Drop Booker for Ajayi? My team is solid, IMO, but I lack a truly elite RB or WR. Maybe Ajayi can be that guy. Not likely, but take the chance, I guess.

I hear ya, and thanks for the advice. I'm just having a hard time letting go of Henry because he's been so good (plays like a WR, IMO), I'm worried about Graham staying healthy, and the scarcity of TE's. I picked up Henry a week ahead of Graham's bye so that he could fill in, and Henry has outscored Graham every week.

Also, I've got all bye weeks covered at WR thanks to Cobb already being past his bye week.

Yeah, I'm thinking about Coates, but I'm wary of overreacting to one bad game where the Steelers offense was a mess. Coates has been solid all year up to that game. Steelers have a bye week soon and maybe his hand will be better after the bye or the week after. Plus, Ben might not be out long.

just doubt we get a legit update before or during their bye week.
Coates is worthless without Ben, imo, and injured right now.
@SteelersPride - rehab specialist and steelers faithful - any update on Ben's procedure from your perspective?

If this is a 12 team league, I would drop a QB and grab one of the RB's or Moncrief. I would also try to trade one of your TE's while they are both extremely valuable. No reason why you should not be able to get at high end WR2 with Graham or Henry, IMO.

I might just stand pat and explore trades. However, I feel like I should put in a claim for Ajayi.

At the same time, I don't want to make a waiver claim just to make a waiver claim. When I think about it, I'm not really a believer in Ajayi and the Dolphins. I think they will be playing from behind a lot. Also, I feel good about my roster even though it's not a spectacular one, and I'm currently set up well for the coming byes. The only move I have to make is to add a kicker for Week 10. I hate to drop Vinatieri because he's been so great, but that's probably what I'll do. Because I don't really have a great RB or WR, I've been surviving with good play from my Kicker, Defense, Tight End positions, so hopefully I will be able to keep that strong trio going after I cut Vinatieri.
