Some good ones there for us. Clement obviously has a shot since we lack a bigger back, and Orlosky is a decent C prospect who has more size than Kelce.

We could sill add a Blount, or Charles type free agent in the next few months before camp.

Orlosky is the only FA that has a chance in this group.

I'm digging the Orlosky signing. He's not going to pull and block downfield like Kelce, but he's much better at the point of attack...once he gets on the field.

He's got some things to learn after playing in that West Virginia offense. Hopefully we can practice squad him for the year.

So it looks like the Eagles signed Jerod Evans QB VT (not Vermont) yesterday and signed Steve Daniels LB BC (not British Columbia) off the waiver wire.

Here is Evans profile: 2017 NFL Draft Profile: Jerod Evans

DRAFT PROJECTION
Rounds 5-6
SOURCES TELL US
"No idea why he came out early. No idea. He's not even close to being ready and it's a shame because he's one of those players who almost for sure would have gotten better with another year of learning." -- AFC regional scout
NFL COMPARISON
Kevin Hogan
BOTTOM LINE
Jerod Evans is a projection-based project as a quarterback. Has baseline accuracy and field reading is nowhere near where it needs to be and his mechanics will require extensive work. However, he has good size, is extremely competitive and has enough physical ability as a passer and a scrambler to make him a draft and stash quarterback.
