Yea TJF12. Apparently. When the Lakers do not want to play, they don't and the third quarter last night did indeed happen where the Rockets scored a whopping 49 points. Unfreakinbelieveable.

I don't think it has anything to do with the players "not wanting to play". It's about not having a star player to stop opponents runs or keep them from getting out of hand.

All season long we've watched these guys play hard and fight despite being decimated by injuries and being a team of role players. They manage to stay in games up to a point, but they just can't seem to stop those 6-0 and 8-2 runs from becoming 15-2 and 20-4 type runs. That is where they truly miss Kobe.
