Just depends, some people have better genetics and there bodies can take more ... Also diseases and stuff that can strike, Rick certainly didn't take much pounding being a kicker, so something is going on there, maybe he was eating horribly or had high blood pressure that wasn't detected, so many factors are possible... I had a friend RIP that passed away at age 29 from a massive heart-attack, he wasn't obese either... He did have diabetes though so it contributed to his heart issues... life certainly isn't fair..
