“Touchdown, no flags.”
Simple to the point, but in such a unique delivery
he WAS college football in the day, but he did MLB, NBA, he was the man....I know it has been said before but......Whoa Nelly....RIP
left coast guy…
I'm never happy when someone dies.
But he was a Pac nut hugger. Wish he was alive but I will never miss him announcing another game.
This is one of my favorites. The way he said "Alabama" still gives me chills, but some of his best games were the Texas/Oklahoma/Nebraska games. He is literally the voice of college football for me. He made everybody he worked with better and I don't think we will see anyone as iconic in my lifetime. RIP.
Such a great guy and ambassador of college football, only a man with extreme dignity could've called the 1998 Rose Bowl when his team got robbed by the refs and watch a mediocre team claim a national title and kept it as cool and professional as he did.
All too rare as well nowadays.
Best that has ever been or ever will be.
Camp Randall 100: Keith Jackson
He epitomized everything that was good about College Football.
Hell, even his stint as the first play-by-play man for Monday night
football was good.
One of a kind.
thanks for making college football so special, Keith. RIP.
Thank God for YouTube, because although Keith Jackson may be gone, his voice will live on forever.
One of the best broadcasting personalities of all time. Rest in Peace, Keith Jackson.
Shit. Just now saw this. And another piece of my childhood is dead.
RIP, Mr. Jackson.
Lots of Keith Jackson in here.
