been reading about this from various local sources.

most reliable information appears to be a tweet from Vic Carucci where Richie told him something like:

"I'm done. The stress is killing me. My liver and kidneys are shutting down. I just want to be in the HOF."

With two starters retired, this may impact the Bills draft plans. They'll probably take somebody in rd 2 or 3 who they expect to (at the very least) compete for one of those starting roles.

Bills gonna need some o-line help. Two starters retired and traded Cordy Glenn. McCarron may get killed this year.

That's a pretty big blow for the Bills. Wood/Incognito were both very good at their positions and retired leaving big holes to fill in Center/Guard, and they traded away Glenn who could play guard I guess... either way they have HUGE holes now on the OLINE outside of Dawkins at left tackle. Interesting they are making moves to acquire their QB of the future but now look like they might be shoving him behind a porous line.

Definitely hurts... only saving grace is Incognito decided to bail 2 1/2 weeks before the draft so at least the Bills have time to adjust.

And the Bills get even weaker on offense. Is there a worse offensive roster right now prior to the draft? They'll probably be in rebuild mode for the next two years for the O to catch up with the D.

" I just wanted to be in the Hall of Fame" does he mean hall of shame, because I am not sure he makes the HOF.

One of my close friends is a Bills fan. When I saw this news I completely forgot that the Bills lost Glenn and Wood as well. That's 3 good offensive linemen lost over the offseason and to my knowledge they haven't replaced them with adequate players.

At least now he will understand why I bitched so much about the Seahawks offensive line.

The Bills had pieces in place to handle the other two losses - Dawkins started 11 games last season and never really looked out of place. Groy is a capable replacement for Wood. OTOH, they don't have anyone in line for Richie's spot. Miller and Ducasse alternated last season being inadequate at RG. If the Bills pick up two interior linemen in the middle rounds, both of them could win opening day starting jobs.

He's going incognito in case that wack job Jonathan Martin tries to carry out his threats.
