Revis Injury Not Reported?

Pats fans complaining about the injury not being reported - which is of course against the rules.
I have another thought. Picture this:
Can you imagine the furor around the league if we were to find that the Jets "stole" Revis from the Patriots - only to find they had "outbid" on a player that was injured during his time with the Patriots?
After all, the Pats have been accused of tampering with injury reports. What if Revis kept his mouth shut and took the $60 million from the Jets?
Can you imagine the dilemma Goodell and the Jets would be in if they figured it out and did not want to announce they got screwed?????

Was it Belichick getting rid of Revis? I think we all wanted Revis to stay - at a fair price.
Sure it wasn't Revis keeping quiet about the injury - for a paltry $60 million??????
Think the Goodell and the Jets would announce that they bought an injured player for $60 million when they had been bragging about stealing him from the Patriots?
What? Because of "the integrity of the game?????

Meh. I wouldn't write a player off after two games. Not saying that he will turn it around completely but it looks like him making bad decisions is part of the problem. He's a smart DB and when he knuckles down he'll see some improvement.

I wouldn't write him off, but father time catches up with everyone. Revis will become a shell of what he was as the season goes on.

Well the exit interview physical is more about owing money on the injury guarantee part of the deal. Not really an in depth physical like signing or trading for someone, but more they give him a quick look over, and investigating anything he says that is hurting. They aren't giving him a full set of MRI's to check for ligament damage, only if he claims injury and they need to.

When you sign a free agent that's all on you when you conduct your new contract interview. Those are the in depth looks.
