Chucky is a former Raiders coach that led them to their last SB appearance I believe. He is widely considered one of the best coaches in the NFL.

You cant interview a coach under contract for a lateral move. So the raiders couldnt poach our OC to be their OC, it would have to be HC gig.

This is what lead to the creation of Assistant head coach positions. HIgher than OC/DC, unpoachable except as a head coach position. Gives the team the right to refuse letting a coach under contract interview for a lateral move.
