Decent show... On CBS... They haven't given it much of a shot.. I believe they have already cancelled it

You know it's a death sentence when it goes to Saturdays at 8 pm

Ransom is a great show! Probably the best new drama to come along in a while. It's the only thing I look forward to watching on Saturday nights.

CBS didn't even give it a chance! The first episode I was kind of like, "eh, I see this not working out." Now I'm like, WTF KEEP IT!!!

Yep. I caught it. Had no idea they were bringing it back. It's better than their usual Saturday lineup of re-runs.

Though I thought they made it clear they weren't renewing it. But I guess they couldn't think anything else to make and brought it back

I think it is rather typical for a network for show all of a cancelled shows produced episodes during slow times on Saturday nights. Just cause they are burning through the eps doesn’t mean they are reconsidering it’s cancelation.

They made it pretty clear it was cancelled.... and then all of a sudden they are showing new episodes. Could it be what you said, yep but it seems like it might be getting it's "2nd" chance but Saturday at 8 is not the place to do it as it's a death sentence for a show imo.

Anything is possible, but it is regular procedure for a network to burn their inventory in this fashion...
