Just a question, so please don't take offense, but has foot ever finished anywhere but last in this game? I know I have been near the bottom too, but nothing quite like a foot rank list.

I actually would love to put in a difficulty factor into the formula, but would need to figure out a fair way to do that...

he clearly takes the most risks and gets penalized for it...
