UGA is located in a recruiting hotbed and has a young coach. Michigan won't as long as they have Harbaugh ... but they have the resources. That school is loaded with money. And Washington ... Huskies fans are praying Chris Petersen lives forever.

Of the three nevers, I’d say Michigan has the best chance of having one. They have the name to recruit with, the academics to entice parents, and are in a conference with one exception doesn’t recruit for shit.

They need find a coach that can solve the Ohio State problem. The closest person in conference to solving it is Dantonio but he does not have the horses to run with them year in and year out. Michigan has the talent and gets the talent to do it, but the coaching staff leaves them falling short.

Exactly. And while I have said more than my fair share of stuff about him I judge CFB coaches on their coaching resume. I've said plenty of times JH is a damn good HC. But I can't call him 1 of the best because he hasn't won enough.
