I guess it depends on the source, but you can definitely say more people had them winning more games than the Rams. Philly had a better team and always had a better team, the Eagles have had only two seasons where they won less than seven games since 2000, four seasons of less than 8 wins. Hell Chip Kelly had a winning percentage of .577 has the Eagles coach.

No argument the Rams were seen as worse but saying the Eagles were a playoff contending team is not genuine. Now IMO I thought the Eagles along with all NFCE teams could win the division.
