Great Cards/Phillies game that just ended. Not sure who I want to win tonight, I think I'd rather us face the Yanks but the thought of rooting for them to win this series makes me throw up in my mouth a little bit.

I want the Yanks to won tonight no matter what to force a fifth game. However, while I think we could beat either team, the thought of opening the series at Yankee stadium bothers me. Too many weird things go their way at Yankee stadium, but then again Detroit really has our number. I think I would rather face the Yankees but bring anyone on.

I want to avoid the Yanks simply so we have HFA. We can beat DET, as long as more games are in TEX than DET. Plus think of the media freakout of a TEX-DET ALCS. Man, only thing better would be if the Phillies got bounced in the NLDS, too. Nothing against the Phils, I'd rather beat Lee in the WS ourselves, but funny if no east coast team was in the CS's.

did you catch Johnny Damon after the last out? the rest of the Rays had pretty much disappeared down the tunnel and Damon whistled out to the Ranger players and gave them a thumbs up. that was a class act

The guy's a nut, but I've always liked him, well except for going to the Yanks.
