Well, I agree he's got some things to prove, so this by itself means his trade value is limited. IMO, he's "potentially" much more valuable to us than to another team.

And he's not thought of as a HR hitter. That's his true value to us. He works the strike zone, is selective in his approach and doesn't K much.

Granted, his D needs some work. But like I said earlier, we don't have a GG in Mazara or Choo, and I sincerely look for one of them to get sent packing before 2018 rolls around.

The whole year was disappointing aside from being there for Beltre's 3K hit, but the way this team has shit the bed down the stretch makes me want to vomit! Not even the slightest bit competitive, Fuck the A's have been a better team than us
