Series Thread: Rangers Hope Home Cookin' Helps Them Make Royals Look Like Peasants - April 20-23

It is always great to win 3 in a row, but when Nick pitches this well against a team it sure makes you wonder if the Royals offensive struggles is the main reason we have won 2 of these games.

Rangers offense wasnt really the reason they won tonight either. Just scratched one out and got a W. Rangers offense so far has been mostly HR or bust so far this year. Looking at BA's and OBP you would wonder how this team has won 8 games. Certain nights the pitching has done just enough and tonight Nick pitched well enough to win but the team didn't do anything besides the Napoli HR, until they supported Bush in the 9th.

It's baseball, you should know this by now Bennie, there generally is a different explanation every time the question is posed just a little different.

All that aside....Nick pitched inside and did a good job of tying their guys up and kept them off balance. Pretty good effort for a 2nd baseman from Fordham U
