32 no 1 hits and he wrote every word of every one of them. He did so much for people here in OK. People think he was a hard core conservative but he was a self proclaimed 3rd generation Democrat. He always said supporting the troops was not political. RIP.

Im still in disbelief......I kinda figured he would have pulled out of that.......sad,very sad........not enough superlatives to say about how great of a guy he was.
My wife and daught seen him play back around 2004 and said it was an awessome concert that next time I should go.....

I wIll never know.........

The crazy thing about his career is that Should've Been a Cowboy was his 1st Song!! Most others that have anywhere near that kind of success with a first song end up one hit wonders because they can' t follow it up, like Billy Ray and Achey Breaky. Toby Keith never looked back after that huge initial success.
