another fawking nooner...2nd wk in a row...I hate fawking nooners...no time to gate, to charge up...all you can do is schlump from bed-to-sofa, grab a sixer & pizza leftovers (Italian cheese toast) and turn on the set. And it's no comfort knowing thousands of other fans share the same fate.

they put up 10 @Bucky, 24 vs ND & NIU, 7 vs NEB & @Cincy...and racked up 20 on the Sycamores (?) for their only win...yes, they'll score.

MSU was characterized years ago by a national anncr dude as 'Schizophrenically Successful' (upset major power one week - lose to cupcake U the next) like, forever. Sparty'll find a way to give up at least 3-10pts.

As of now, the East Lansing forecast shows 70% chance of showers at 12:00 noon (kickoff time).

However, the Spartan Stadium natural turf is considered to be one of the best, if not the best natural surface in the country. So unless it's a ridiculous downpour, the playing surface will probably be fine.

That being said, consider the slickness of the ball for the QB's & receivers & RB's when looking at the Vegas line.

I was at the Nebraska Purdue game. I did enjoy the Purdue band as they entered the field. I never realized band entrances were so dramatic, sort of like watching a circus group as they enter the big tent.

Purdue has one of the worst offensive lines in the nation. Purdue's only threat is their freshman receiver, Yancey. Shut him down and Purdue has absolutely nothing. Purdue has ZERO rushing TDs in 2013.

The Michigan State defense should have a monster day. The game is in East Lansing.

Snakes didn't cover the spread (I'm shattered)...O looked pretty weak the first half and not much better in the second half. s'ok, we'll take the win and an ugly shutout. Boilers played their hearts out...kudos to em'. My couch is safe for another week.
