Pumphrey sucks

Pumphrey needs a year to train in the weight room to get more explosive. You could see the vision and moves in the preseason but he just didn't have the juice to make guys miss. It's probably about 50/50 if he makes the physical gains he needs to but he will make a good chess piece if he can. Worth a redshirt year. Cut bait next year if he doesn't look markedly different next training camp.

I'm surprised either player made the team but I suppose the Eagles have the luxury of fairly low expectations this season and I don't see Pumphrey/Gibson making a difference one way or the other in 2017.

Who would you guys have preferred to make the team over them?

I'd have kept another OL over Gibson, but ones you'd consider keeping all made the PS, so in that way it didn't hurt.

Even though Treggs is fast, supposedly, Gibson could be the fastest player in the league. I think I said that already.
