Don't talk about hungry.
Just saw the cardiologist yesterday.
Weight is up and the blood pressure is up. Said I need to lose weight, exercise and cut back on the drinking.
Asked him if he ever listened to Meatloaf.
He looked at me like he had no idea what I was saying so I told him, I quit smoking when I had my heart attack. I gave up fried foods though I admit I have enjoyed more than my share of chicken wings this year. I can get back on track with the food and exercise but the drinks...well now don't be sad cause two out of three aint bad.
