1. San Diego State - Dominated the first half in a win over Northern Illinois, who is winless but has played a rough schedule
2. Air Force - Bye week nothing changes
3. Boise State- same as above
4. Nevada - defense dominated Buffalo, their offense didn't have the best performance
5. Wyoming- Losing to Nebraska definitely doesn't look bad, they dominated UC Davis, doesn't sound big but they haven't dominated a team in a while.
6. Utah State- Nice win over a struggling Arkansas State, they had a 24-0 lead at the half.
7. Colorado State- Their win over UTSA looks a lot better now.
8. UNLV - blown out by Central Michigan, not sure if that's too bad of a thing this year.
9. San Jose State - Didn't look awful against Utah, though their defense is a concern
10. New Mexico - They led 21-0 over Rutgers and lost 37-28.
11. Fresno State - Got destroyed by Toledo
12. Hawai'i - blown out by Arizona
