Across the board Indiana is #1 in the league

Whoever deny that Indy is not playing the best ball currently? At the end of the day this is not the BCS. The power rankings means nothing because everything gets settled in the playoffs

There's no denying that when it comes to performance this season, the Indiana Pacers are the #1 team.

Pacer fans should enjoy it, its something to be excited about. I don't say that sarcastically, I mean it.

Just don't get caught up thinking it means more than what it means.

There is a lot of basketball to be played before the playoffs begin. Injuries, fatigue and many other factors can come into play. Teams can suddenly jell and play much better than they had previously.

No trophies for regular season champs. We shall see.

When I was overseas (probably before many of you were born) I missed a great series. The Washington Bullets were a prohibitive favorite with 60 games won in the regular season. The Golden State Warriors featured two skinny forwards named Barry and Wilkes. The two of them together might have made one Wes Unseld. The Warriors swept the Bullets in four.

I remember that one....1975...it was also my 2nd year in the Air Force...good times.
