Coaches are supposed to put their teams in the best possible position to win.

Mike Tomlin (Tod Haley), Dan Quinn (Steve Sarkisian), Mike Zimmer (Pat Shumur) (got lucky)

It wasn't so much the Eagles and Jags winning, as it was pathetic coaching and incompetency by the Steelers and Falcons.

The Steelers missed two 4th down conversions..........one was 4th and a foot. (they passed)
Tomlin should have kicked a FG at the end of the game to save time. 1st and goal from the 5.......with 47 seconds left in the game.
He was going to have to have an on side kick anyway.

The Falcons couldn't score .........1st and goal.....down by 5 points........with 1:19 left.
They scored a total of 10 points in the whole game., when the Eagles practically handed the game to the Falcons.

The Vikings were flat out lucky. They had the ball on the Saints 40 with 1:47 left in the game..Vikings down by 1
And the Saints had one time out left. AT THE VERY WORST, the Vikings should have made the Saints burn their last timeout. And kick the game winning FG with little time left for Brees.
Instead....The Vikings were pass happy (they passed THREE TIMES and burnt a total of THIRTEEN SECONDS)....And they kicked a go ahead FG with 1:34 left for Brees.....STUPID
The score was 23-21 Vikings
....And the Saints were still left with that ONE time out...The Vikings should have lost.

Maybe NFL teams need coaches in charge of GAME STRATEGY

Sometimes it's baffling how un-strategic these coaches can be...

I'm just glad that jerk Manti T'eo is out of the playoffs. He stole my girlfriend! (I mean technically she was a 45 year old guy that catfished me on facebook but it was still very hurtful)
