His in game decisions are terrible, but he gained my respect after Acuna got beaned. He was the first one out of the dugout. I can see now why Nick Markakis was about to kick John Hart's ass for yelling at Snitker last year(even though Snit deserved to get yelled at for using a mop up duty pitcher as our closer for over half of the season)
