Iowa and Wisconsin are probably getting all pissy about Minnesota's recruiting because the Hawkeyes and Badgers see the writing on the wall------ largely due to his recruiting prowess, PJ Fleck is soon (in a couple years) going to have the Gophers regularly challenging for the West Div. title.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the Gophers and Cornhuskers dominate the West Div. over the next several years.... with perhaps an occasional crown for Wisconsin, Iowa, and Northwestern. Although in 2017 it is still Wisconsin's to lose..... but in a couple years, look out for Minnesota and Nebraska.

Just goes to illustrate my point that he's a terrible hire. He'll get the book thrown at the school within a few years because he'll cross the thin line he's flirting with already and we aren't UNC, Miami, Ohio St., USC, etc. to get the favorite treatment.

Is it a loophole if he used the exact wording of the rule?

I always thought loophole meant skirting the rules like if the wording didnt exactly specifically say he coulndt do something.

But in this case he just used the rules as they are written.
