Nelson is familiar w the system and has experience. He is better than Buycks imo. Backup center doesn’t have a ton of value on this current team. Good stop gap and he could start putting ish back to his better backup role

Not a fan of the trade, unless it was done because they have reason to believe RJ will be out longer than expected. If that's not the case, then it's a silly trade. RJ, Ish and Buycks are fine. And front court depth is needed.

one of the beat writers said it was insurance on Ish getting hurt. So that leads me to believe Jackson will be out longer than expected.
