This week-end, the Mercs/Ferrari fight comes to Belle Isle where last week-end, IndyCar held two races. The usual stories continue as Ferrari has caught and is passing the Mercs for good unless Bottas and Hamilton can rebound. Should be a fun race as the wrecks quotient usually increases at Belle Isle for these guys. Get your picks in and let's see this week who takes the podium.

Hamilton gets the pole over Vettel. Bottas is third and Raikkonen is fourth. Mercs/Ferraris are alternating again. Looks like Hamilton and Bottas have figured something out.

I'll go with Hamilton for the win followed by Vettel, Bottas, and Raikkonen for fourth.

I'll gamble on the Ferrari race pace

and Verstappen 4th in case anything weird happens

I thought it was one of the best qualifyings ever with the new format.

Lewis went out faster than anybody else had ever gone.

Vettel came back out of sequence to get very close and was going back out again.

Lewis goes back out and has a stonker of a lap.

It was like a gunfight.

Hamilton is very good at Belle Isle and it'll be close but I think Hamilton will prevail unless he makes a mistake in the early part of the race.

Holy cow! Hamilton takes the early lead, Vettel drops to 15th and Bottas passes Verstappen for second!

Ricciardo is presently third and Perez is fourth!

Raikkonen is now 5th.

Vettel is on the move, currently 13th.

Looks like Verstappen, Massa, and Sainz are all out.

Bottas is now running laps faster than Hamilton.

Hamilton has now reclaimed his fast laps and is pulling away from Bottas.

Bottas has fallen to third with E. Ocon second. Vettel is on the move in 8th.

Top three at lap 40 are Hamilton, Bottas, Ricciardo, abd Vettel is now 7th.

It is still Hamilton, Bottas, and Ricciardo with 5 to go.

Vettel is now up to 6th.

Vettel is making a late-race push. He is now 5th.

Looks like Hamilton takes the win followed by Bottas for second, Ricciardo for third, and Vettel managed to get back to 4th.

Another top ten finish for Haas as Grosjeans finished 10th.
