This is really the Circuit de Jacques Villeneuve on Belle Isle. The same place we were last week for two Indy car races. Should be interesting and this may be the week-end Ferrari breaks the stranglehold Mercedes has had on F-1 this year for a rare win.

The track is actually the Circuit de Gilles Villeneuve, not Jacques. I got my father and son names backwards.

It's not Belle Isle - that's in Detroit.

Well then, I guess I got a lot backwards. I have to stop drinking the water here in Phoenix. I just have been discombobulated since the start of the season.

After Practice 2, this is the following order:

1. LEWIS HAMILTON MERCEDES 1:15.988
2. SEBASTIAN VETTEL FERRARI 1:16.304 +0.316s
3. KIMI RÄIKKÖNEN FERRARI 1:16.310 +0.322s
4. NICO ROSBERG MERCEDES 1:16.440 +0.452s

Vettel just took out Hulkenberg and is now stating he didn't touch him. Nothing like racing selective memory.

Bottas passed Raikkonen but Raikkonen is now coming pretty hard. Hamilton still leads Rosberg though but Rosberg is coming.

Rosberg is going for three-in-a-row and is now only 1.2 seconds back from Hamilton with 24 laps to go.

Vettel is up to sixth.

Rosberg has the lead now under a second.

The lead is back to 1.5 seconds and it doesn't look like Raikkonen will catch Bottas. Forty_Three is going to be happy.

Hamilton takes it over Rosberg and Bottas. Nice picks forty_three.

Hamilton - & Mercedes - are back on the same page, & back on form.

Retroram52 & IndyAndy: 8 points each - got the top two steps of the podium right
forty_three: 7 points - picked winner & 3rd place

Retroram52: 49 points
forty_three: 41 points

Sorry guys, upset conditions abound here on the home front and I forgot.... I was 10 minutes into the race and thought, "Now what did I forget to do....."

I was smelling a 1-2-3 Benz finish though. But I was thinking Massa not Bottas...
