Joseph's had a decent year and somebody can use him. Hoskins is having a super year, again. In 70 games he's at .292/.385, 17 homers, 54 rbi, 17 doubles, 3 triples, 42K, 37BB. They need to call him up next month. They're idiots if they don't. He's 24, a year older than Cozens. 81 HRs, .373 OBP, reasonable 21% Ks in 4 years on the farm. But, do the Phillies want to win more and sell more tickets this season?
