This will be a fun Thursday night.

Except the Steelers will be somewhat of a mystery on defense. Brady typically torches LeBeau's defenses, but the Steelers put him out to pasture.... plus it's early season. Could see a close game as the Pats have been slow starters.
A bye after three games seems criminal. I think they should change the way they dole out byes. They should be no earlier than week 7 and no later than week 11. There's no reason they can't get all 32 teams a break in a 4 week stretch.
A Bye for the Patriots in Week 4 is Goofball's way of punishing the Patriots for not doing anything and making him look more like the Jackass he really is. Look at the Jets.....his favorite team gets their Bye in Week 9.
It's the best that the NFL can do to hopefully put the patriots in a difficult personnel circumstance late in the season. Only problem is that the scheduler screwed up. The Patriots are only playing four playoff teams from last year. Steelers, Cowboys, Colts and Broncos.
The revised NFL schedule will be re-released next Tuesday .....................................
They could if they wanted to? We would only have 8 teams play a week for say weeks 7-10. I'd be for that. Amazing how we love getting a week 8 or later bye but, despise an early bye. A max exdous of teams from 7-10 could also play favorable in the NFLs effort to make the game safer?Except the Steelers will be somewhat of a mystery on defense. And the Colts will be coming off a 10 day rest.
Think that is a coincidence?
Except the Steelers did not put him out to pasture, he left to join Whisenhut in Nashville.
They did... under the guise of "mutual parting". His zone blitz schemes are dated, Pittsburgh was more than ready for a new direction. Great coach back in the day, but his time has passed.
