The Patriots, despite all the questions and speculation after the Super Bowl's final whistle, are tied with the Los Angeles Rams for the highest grade in the NFL: A-.

NFL executives also think the Rams had just as good of an offseason, yet they just that little blurb in the article.

It would have been better if it said. "Pats have good offseason, keep BB, TB and Gronk from leaving. Who cares what else happened"

I thought the Browns were supposed to be Super Bowl bound. I haven't stopped hearing about how much improved they are on here. How could the Pats have had a better offseason then them?

Rams are going to be really interesting and of course people will claim I'm a homer because I'm a Hawks fan, but I'm not sure I'm sold on the Rams yet.

Greg Olson who is a QB miracle worker left to Oakland, so Goff will be left to his own devices once again. Gurley is a stud, no question marks there... but that leads me to the free agent signings:

The Rams have also assembled probably one of the most attitude/locker room issue/whinefest/diva locker rooms in NFL history. Suh, Talib, Donald (not a free agent granted), Cooks, and Peters. I mean Jesus Fucking Christ.

My point being, if they lose a couple games here and there, things could really start to derail... and with younger talent like Goff/Gurley, I'm not sure there's a major veteran 'good guy' presence there to hold it all together.

All said, on PAPER (and is Goff REALLY the real deal?) the Rams have assembled an absolutely ridiculous fucking team, but I'll be really curious to see how this translates to the field. IMO the 2018 Rams' roster is a lot better than the 2011 Eagles dream team, but the undertones are similar.

Did you cut them or were all/some FAs? The point is you downgraded a lot in talent. Cutting vets can be smart (see Dez as example). Decreasing the talent on your team is usually not...

I'm not questioning the talent level. I'm expecting improvement.
Just an opinion but one shared with many NFL Exec's. Read the article.....

I don't think the Patriots had the best offseason in the league. How often has the story come out stating there's tension in New England over the course of the offseason? I read about again this morning before I left work.
