And make it a uniform dollar amount.
Make it so that the amount you are paid depends on what year you are in in your college career.
Higher levels get more because they create more revenue.

In FBS only.

85 scholarships x 130 schools = 11,050 people.

Now, if you split 10% of that 750 million up only between those people, it comes out to $6,700 per player.
