I gave Horn 1, 6, 10, and 12 to score it 116-111 Pacquiao. By my count, there were five obvious Pac rounds, two obvious Horn rounds, and five rounds somewhere in between.

115-113 Horn is bad. 117-111 is beyond indefensible.
