UW is the only team in the Pac that didn't allow an opponent to score 30 or more points on them. Fitting they end the season with a totally dominating defensive performance. Held Colorado to a paltry 163 total yards.

Love the picks, love the sacks, lots of great plays to key on, but my favorite was actually holding them to 3 points when we allowed them to take that kick off all the way down inside the 5y line and kept them out. Love that shit.

Yes, since they were so delayed because of the state 3A game going to overtime, I was able to drive all the way back home before they got on the air and listed to it on iheart. Softy was crying at the open as expected, hugh sounded buzzed, people were dropping f-bombs all over that shit, and it was just a big old party.

Hugh was just MIA for a while talking to Jesus, Baird couldn't put a coherent thought in words, significant time was spent trying to figure out who's drink was who's. I expect nothing less from those guys on such an occasion.

I've noticed some pundits are trying to say that Penn State deserves the #4 spot after winning the Big Ten, leapfrogging Michigan and, of course, the Huskies. Let's hope the committee isn't feeling that generous.

I think most are saying Penn State 4th with UW/Clem 2 or 3 and OSU left out. At least that's a much more common argument than UW being left out and PSU in.

IMO, the most likely are either bama - clemson - UW - OSU or bama - clemson - osu - UW, but I can't rule out PSU getting in 4th and bumping us up either. All are more likely than UW staying out.

I've definitely seen a few suggest a Washington for PSU swap, leaving OSU in the top 4 and giving the Big 10 two playoff teams. The logic is that because Washington and Michigan are close in the playoff poll, as suggested by the committee spokesman, and because Michigan missed out on the Big 10 Championship Game, Penn St. should leapfrog both into the 4th spot.

Obviously I don't agree with that logic and I hope the committee doesn't agree either, but that's what I've read/heard from some people who are adamant that the Big 10 was and is the best conference in the country and deserves to have two reps in the playoffs.
