Alford seems to brick fts in crucial situations regularly. Maybe time to give so some else the ball in those situations

Quite the game, but UCLA isn't going anywhere if they don't improve their defense. Our #38 KenPom defense in 2015 was enough to keep the most efficient offense ever from winning the title. UCLA is #65 right now. Steve Alford will make it 22 years as an D1 head coach without a Elite Eight if they don't figure something out.

This is the Ducks team we have been expecting all year. UCLA is a GREAT team. I still think they are the best team in the PAC but the Ducks are going to be a tough out if they play like that all year.

They lost one game on the road because of a last second 3. Let's not freak out and dismiss UCLA because of one loss. They are the best offensive team I've seen in college hoops in a while.

They are nowhere near as good offensively as we were in 2015 (don't let tempo fool you...the efficiency numbers aren't close) and we were better defensively. Winning the title as a team outside the top 70 in defense is not at all likely. The worst defensive national champ in the last 20 years was #21 in defensive efficiency. UCLA is #71.
