While you have guys that would love to be at the combine but get small school discrimination.

Such as?

Alabama has multiple guys who are expected to get drafted or at least land free agent jobs minimum but didn't get invites.

Point is, someone would love to have that combine spot.

Yet, he was the person they needed to see in the combine the most when you think about it.

Orlando Brown is a very large man. An OL running a 40 yard dash wtf? He moves around pretty well in a small space and that's all he needs to do. He have very large arms and if anyone has ever been in a gym we all know the dudes with short arms bench press the most. Asking him to lift that much as high as he has to is a disadvantage. Hes a beast regardless of what those stupid numbers say.

Long arms nothing. Any average sized 18-year old could start benching in college and graduate with that many (or more) reps if they were diligent enough and had proper nutrition. I took about a year off of benching, came back and did 10 reps my first time.

He can't be that bad. Something else has to be going on.

I hope you're right. But his numbers were being compared to other offensive lineman.

That is one guy I would love to see in horns.
You guys keep your grubby hands off of him! I'd hate to see him and Aaron Donald on the same line twice a year.

I can't make fun of him, I'd be much worse these days.

I'd need to stop at the 20 for some oxygen and water.
About 3-5 years ago I was playing poker and watching the combine with some buddies. Some lineman ran a 5.5 or something like that and one of the guys who was younger, I'm guessing 30?, said he could run that easy. We all thought he was full of shit and in our drunken dumbassness we bet $200 he couldn't. As were walking to the cul de sac he walks out in boxer briefs and loafers. SOB slipped on the take off and broke his pinky finger and wrist.

All I can say from what I saw today: Saquon Barkley makes my mid-season comment of him being the best RB in the country look, well, pretty good. He can run, catch, and run back kickoffs the distance.

O.Brown: he'll have a good career as a right tackle. Dont have to jump or run. Now, I would be concerned about his attitude/determination/planning, as I heard one of the coaches out there on the field say he was loafing. But if it was just a bad day, he should be alright. I know for a fact he can block.

Honestly, I wouldn't draft him (before the 4th). He clearly just blew this off and showed up in awful shape. He has the talent, but that is a huge red flag.

That's my take. The absolute shit numbers are one thing but the apparent "don't give a fuck" attitude is what sticks out to me. If you don't care before you get paid, how much are you gonna care once you sign that contract? Who knows tho, dude may kick ass in the NFL, this just doesn't look good.

Buddy. If you weigh 345 you better get well past 14 reps of 225 lbs, especially if you're seeking employment as a starting offensive tackle at the NFL level
