I wonder, quite honestly. The guy is young, has options, and 'their starting 2nd baseman' is making a bunch of money, and let's not forget, he's still young too.

However, it does give them good 'food for thought' I guess.

But ya know. If Odor plays the rest of this year, like he did last/1st part of this year, then what-in-the-hell are we gonna do with him?

Personally I've never really considered him to be a "key piece" at the deadline this year. But he's not back next year so I imagine he'll be on the move either way.
