Guy has a rep as 1 crazy bastard, not always in a good way. He is just another meathead S&C guy. I have never heard about him being cutting edge. I don't think it will affect OU in the slightest and have actually end up helping the program

This sounds like team board material. It’s not like they stole a head coach or coordinator. It’s a strength and conditioning coach.

I agree. He didn’t like that Lincoln came in and told everyone to step their fucking game up so he left. He’s too old school.

Right because we have a bunch of threads talking about strength and conditioning coaches.

Does this start a bunch of strength and conditioning coaches getting raises?

Easy to attract $100 women in Vegas, when you offer $200

A&M's staff is really old......and overpaid. If they don't produce quickly there's going to be issues.

Most of these guys are overpaid gym teachers. There are only a handful, like the Stanford guy, that are worth the money

From what I've heard they paid him double what he was making. $300,000 to $600,000.

Every coach they're hiring they're paying probably double. They are ALL IN. I'm pretty sure this will fail too, and they'll have paid for nothing.

My biggest issue is now it’s going to raise the pay around the country, because they are raising the bar to a ridiculous level.

Funny. I never would have even thought about that guy. It would be a different story if they went after your OL coach
