Good evening Gentlemen and Gentle ladies.

I come before you today to thank each and every one of you for being my semi-psuedo e-fwendz for all of these years. Even you malcontents....for the most part.

Shooting the shit and talking the smack with you folk have brightened my CFB plorsting experience for over 15 years now. We've had some ring-tailed Hootenannies, ain't we? A hearty and honest thank yall for the good times over at Disney and now here for the last few years. I ain't gonna sit here and name drop...you folks know who you are.

With all that shit out of the way, here comes the heavy part.

First and foremost, thanks to all the folks behind the scenes that try to keep a lid on this bucket. Doing admin work on a board like this is a thankless job. Most do it just out of the love of the community they are a part of. Kudos to you!

Sabbatical, hiatus....fuck I don't know. Call it what you will. Gonna be like Kane in "Kung Fu" and walk the earth for a bit. I hope to be able to rejoin all of you when the cleat touches the pigskin. We'll see how it pans out.

Ah, let's cut to the chase...shall we?

Basically it comes down to two things that have entered my spacetime.

1. I have been dogging it for 6 months after semi-retiring and have much work to get done now that it is Spring. I have my own business and have to suck in 6 more clients by the end of June. Good luck to me.

2. This site isn't very usable lately. I'm fairly knowledgeable when it comes to the web and browsers, etc and I can't affect any change on these continuing issues. Something is sideways and it's kind of frustrating when you use the report function here on the site and never hear from anyone. You have to contact another tHoop admin on fucking Twitter to get any recognizance that an issue exists...and even then nothing is done about it. I don't think I'm important to any degree, but I'll be goddamned if I ever purchase/run a website and neglect anyone, that helps me finance the site with their clicks.

So, off I go. Sorry no meltdown. Maybe next time. Thanks again to all of you rejects for making me smile and chuckle from time to time. Boomer Sooner and fuck texico.
