We took our dog to the park today and a little kid, between 4 and 6 I'd guess, walked up to us and asked if he could give our dog a treat. His mother explained that he loves dogs so whenever they take him to the park he carries around a bag of treats to give to the dogs he sees. My dog was more than happy to let the kid give him a treat. He gave him one and then told us and our dog to have a nice day.
