New game I found on another board- you give three or so artists, and rank them yourself. Someone else rates your three artists and gives their own three artists. If you don't know a single song by the artist, don't include them in you ranking.

I thought about putting this on the music board, but no one but mainly fags post there regularly, so I put it here. I'll start off with 5 artists:

In alphabetical order by first name: Billy Joel, David Bowie, Elton John, Michael Jackson, Prince.

My order:

1. Elton John
2. Billy Joel
3. David Bowie
4. Michael Jackson
5. Prince

Closest was between Bowie and MJ for third. I slightly like Bowie's music more, but it's ridiculously close.

I definitely recognize the talent of the last two but if I'm driving down the road flipping through the channels on the radio and hear a song by one of these artists this is the order of likelyhood that I stop and listen...

Yeah, I agree with MJ and Prince being the last two. Bowie is awesome- did you check out his last album, with the song Lazarus on it? Great music video too.

No I have not checked that out, but I will. I was thinking more of the older stuff like the Ziggy Stardust album but it seems like he was always changing things up to keep with the time period he was in.

Yes, I know mainly his older stuff, Moonage Daydream was a great song, and I believe it was off of Ziggy Stardust.

And yes, there's a song on his last album, which received great reviews, that almost sounds like he's trap-rapping said one critic. I haven't heard it though.
